Study of the life of human being. How they are leading their life?

First is Rest : 6 to 8 Hrs Rest designed. Life first part may be considered is Rest.

Active : All at once activitty begins, that 18 to 16 Hrs.  It includes all, daily activities like cleaning, eating, maintaining etc. Professional, personal social and family life.

Hi friends, this is a very old quotation attack is the best defence. I have seen in this challenging time a lot of people who is leading an attacking life and  attacking the situation and environment  on these challenging days, they are winning and leading a quality life.

This starts from brain. As we know healing happens or begins first from inside your brain. We all know that brain is the server for the body.
